How to Get Started with Your Silent Auction Donation!
1. Fill Out the Donation Request Form:
2. Send Us Your Event Details – Once you have your link, logo, and/or event graphic, send it our way so we can help promote your event on social media!
3. Receive Your Certificate – After confirming your donation, we’ll prepare your certificate, and you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know when it’s ready for pickup during our business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
4. Capture the Winner’s Excitement! – Once the drawing takes place, a photo of the winner must be taken and emailed to kailyn@homesealed.com within 3 days. The email must include the winner’s full name, email, address (with city and zip), and phone number.
Terms & Conditions for Silent Auction Donation:
- The donation cannot be used for personal gain and will not be awarded to the event coordinator, board members, or family of board members.
- We kindly ask that social media posts be made to acknowledge our donation, and @homesealedexteriors is tagged in all mentions.
- Organizations submitting yearly requests will be considered based on adherence to these terms, including social media recognition.

Requirements for Donation are:
*Must be a 501C3 or an established community group with an EIN (approval at committees discretion).
*Must be done at an event that is raising funds for the community. Cannot be used for personal gain, and will not be awarded to the person coordinating the event, board members, nor family of board members.
*The auction winner must be selected at an event that is raising funds for the community. A picture must be taken with the winner and sent to kailyn@homesealed.com within 3 days of the drawing along with the winner's full name, email, address with city and zip, and phone number.
*Winners of auction, can only take advantage of this program one time. (ie one person or home cannot win more than once.)
*Certificate must be used and contracted with a HomeSealed Project Consultant within 30 days of the event. To do so, winner must call 262-784-4460 and book their appointment within 30 days of the event.
*Those looking to be considered for donation, must fill out the form below 90 days in advance of the event date.
Once approved, the coordinator will have to pick up our Auction/Donation Package at our location at 2718 S 163rd, New Berlin, WI.
